To be qualified for employment as a Nursing Home Administrator with Grace Healthcare, candidates must have a proven track record of leadership with prior experience as an administrator preferred. Candidates must also be eligible for appropriate state licensure.
Grace Healthcare's Administrators are accountable for the overall operation of their facility in compliance with company policies as well as all federal, state, and local rules, regulations, and laws. We expect rendering of optimum customer services and care to our residents while achieving the facility's business objectives.
